First obtain an evee at celadon mantion then use an element stone on it to make it evolve. Beat elete 4 and go to island 4 daycare. put whatever Evee evolved into with a ditto and run around the island. When tho man steps out of the gate talk to him and he will give you an egg. Hatch it and it will be an evee. Evolve it with an element stone and repeat to get all 3
forms.
