First, breed a female Pikachu and a male Raichu at Four Island. Wait awhile, and then go back. Recieve the egg and hatch it. Give the Level 5 Pikachu a thunderstone and it will evolve. Then, trade it to a gentleman in the Cinnabar Island Lab and get a Level 5 Electrode. IT REALLY WORKS!!!
