To get a lv. 70 Moltres go to Proffesor Oak. Talk to him and save. Go to 1 island and go to Moltres. Save. But when you save turn it off when it says please do not turn off the power. Then start the game and you will find yourself infront of Moltress. Save and turn off. Turn the power on again and battle Moltres. He should be Lv. 70. After you catch him he will be holding a masterball. Restart game and save. After you save your starter pokemon should be replaced with Moltres, Lv.70 holding a masterball. Go to Oak and he shall tell you to battle a wild pokemon. The wild pokemon is a Mew. Capture Mew with the Masterball. This is the best cheat ever!
