When you get the "CLAW FOSSIL" in the desert go to Slateport city and go to Devon Company. Go to first floor and talk to the scientist at the extreme right, he will tell u that he has made a machine taht brings back pokemon back to life from there fossils. Give him the fossil and got to second floor and again come down and he will give u tthe pokemon "ANORITH".
