To get Bellosom, you must capture Gloom. (in the safari zone.) Then travel to Mossdeep City and defeat Liza and Kate then talk to this sailor, (he is outdoors.)he will say he found something rolling down the beach. He will give you a sunstone! Use the sunstone on Gloom, and he/she will evolve into bellosom.
