Go to Rustboro.Go up till you can go up or left.And go left.Keep go till you find the cave where you get strength.Go in and when you can go left or right.Go left and exit the cave.There will be a guy there.Talk to him and hey will say"Will you help me find my glasses" Use the itemfinder.You will find the black glasses.Talk to the guy and he will leave.
