Cursed weapons are usually stronger than other weapons, but you get hurt every time you press the attack button with them equipped. There is no specific amount that you get hurt, it varies between weapons. Most hurt you by 5, but some are two, and whatever. If you don't mind the sacrifice then these weapons are for you.
