The timer for the Domino game does not begin until you select the associated button. Take your time to solve a hidden-object scene, leaving only one hidden object untouched. Then, start the Domino game. There is one rune for each hidden object. You will have one minute to reach just one rune, which should be easy to get in any available hidden-object scene.
