Certain enemies will throw grenades if they are not taken out quickly. A ring will appear above them when they are getting a grenade ready. Once the ring fills, the grenade will be thrown at you. If a grenade lands nearby, a toss back button will appear. Tap it as fast as possible to pick up the grenade and throw it back at your enemy.
