Make gold-striped blocks priority when clearing obstacles because they are worth more points. In order to farm out as many points as possible, make the most out of the ground blocks in each depth level and don't rush your descent to lower levels. Try to unlock as many treasures as possible per stage, especially later on when the ground blocks are worth more coins.
