Keep the following hints in mind as you play to start your efforts to rebuild Quahog on the right foot.

Features and characters become available as you play, so don't worry about the stuff you can't access yet. Focus on what you can do and the rest follows naturally.

Don't waste cash clearing blocks unnecessarily. The only ones worth clearing are the ones you are specifically instructed to eliminate.

Don't bother moving a building from its default location once you decide to install it. The game typically positions it in an ideal location.

Bathroom Hog (5,000 XP)	Reach Level 40.
Black From the Waist Down (1,000 XP)	Make Peter and Jerome Do a Black Handshake.
Broke and Bad (3,000 XP)	Get the Tweaked Out Peter outfit.
Creature of Bad Habits (2,000 XP)	Have Peter drink at The Clam 50 times.
Dance Off (2,000 XP)	Dance the Shipoopi, Jaunty Jig, and Twerk It at the same time.
Darling, it's Better Down Where it's Wetter (1,000 XP)	Make Mermaid Peter Hose off.
Didn't See You There (1,000 XP)	Make Seamus emerge from the Shadows.
Fifty Shades of Red (2,000 XP)	Create S and M Lois.
Friends Have Benefits (3,000 XP)	Visit a friend's multiverse.
Friends in Low Places (4,000 XP)	Visit 10 friends.
Going HAM (1,000 XP)	Make Chris eat a Large Ham 25 times.
Identity Crisis (5,000 XP)	Create 3 of Peter's outfits.
It's Happy Hour Somewhere (2,000 XP)	Repair The Drunken Clam.
Landing Strip (1,000 XP)	Place 10 Well-Trimmed bushes.
Monopoly Money (3,000 XP)	Collect 500,000 coins.
Obsessive-Compulsive Shipoopi-er (2,000 XP)	Make Peter Shipoopi 100 times!
Oh My God, Who the Hell Cares (3,000 XP)	Get Peter up to Level 10.
Playing Hard Mode (2,000 XP)	Unlock Glenn Quagmire.
Prehab Party (2,000 XP)	Have Bonnie chug wine while Peter, Quagmire, and Jerome go to The Clam.
Restraining Order (2,000 XP)	Run out of friends to visit 20 times.
That Feels Soooooo Good (1,000 XP)	Make Brian do the Scoot.
Underachiever (3,000 XP)	Reach Level 10.
Who Needs Real Friends (5,000 XP)	Unlock 10 Characters.
Why Don't You Have a Seat Over There? (2,000 XP)	Place 5 Popsicle Stands.

To get access to new characters unlock the indicated district, build the listed building, and complete that character's wish list. Characters that have a cost in clams can be unlocked at any time in any district after payment.
