You will have the opportunity to explore many features around the farm, but especially the open world. This is a feature amazing for a simulation game like this, since its purpose is to put you into the shoes of the driver. After planting your first crops I suggest you go check out the environment and see the lands that surround your farm. It's a great opportunity to check some other vehicles too and to plan ahead what you would like your farm to become.

At times the game might get glitchy and you will get stuck between a rock and a hard place (literally). Well, this happens, but don't worry. You can get unstuck by trying to drive your way around objects and obstacles, and also by not driving at full speed. A full speed tractor isn't the ideal car for keeping a somewhat stable direction.

I found myself getting stuck on the road quite a bit because guess what? The other drivers are worse than you can imagine and they will crash into you (yeah, for real!) and that will make it harder to move around especially if you have something attached, like a plow, for example. If you get stuck, however, you will have to pay a 500$ fee to free your vehicle from the situation, so it's a bad investment. Too much clutter! Don't bring the unnecessary tools with you when going around, because they will not only help to you getting stuck, but also will make it harder to get un-stuck. So my advice would be to just leave the tools behind, but remember where you left them so you won't have to run around like a headless chicken to find them.

Just because it's a simulation game, it doesn't mean it's going to be all just fun and games. Just like IRL, your vehicles are going to need gas. Going with an empty tank is going to bring a lot of pain to you because you're gonna have to abandon that vehicle eventually. My honest advice would be: don't try to adventure into the field without having at least some gas in your tank. When you might think the job's done and you might have 1 meter to go, you might pass out. That's a real shame, so keep an eye out on it before it's too late.

You might see some colored dots on your map, and if you wonder if they signify anything, the answer is yes. Everything is color-themed, so it's best if you remember what each color means so you know how to approach it.

When you see the terrains you work on, remember that they are color-guided too. Depending on their color, they can be plowable, seedable, plants are growing, harvest ready.

If you don't feel like waiting out your crops to grow and produce cash or if your animals are slow bringing in profits, your wallet might save you (the real life one). For a few bucks you could get tons of in-game gold and invest them in something like a farm upgrade or a new vehicle. Speaking of, the first thing you should make some investment in are the tractors because they will be a great asset towards ensuring the future of your farm (in a positive way). But if you like SUVs and trucks, who am I to stop you from buying one? They're pretty cool too!

When you're driving around the fields you might like seeing your whole vehicle, but when going in the town or on the road, it might be harder to maintain your lane without hitting others in traffic and causing a ruckus. The best thing you could do is change the point of view. In the top right corner you will see a camera, and by tapping that you can switch between a first-person view and a third-person view. It's especially great if you want to really get into that farmer mood and experience the game first-hand. Just like that, on the left to the camera is the side mirrors. You choose whether you want to keep the left one, the right one, or both. They help quite a bit especially in denser populated areas since it's a pain to get stuck between two (or more) cars.
