If there are no offers that interest you on the board, tap the red "X" and new ones will appear. Only sell basic items such as wheat, corn, milk, apples, etc. if you have a large amount of them. It may be more profitable to use them to produce the more complicated goods. Only sell after you start producing in order to avoid selling things you need to create others. Sell your top, more complex, products quickly unless you need to stock up on them for quests. The more advanced the product, the more coins you get for it and the faster your farm will grow.
