Normal enemies can be taken out with a single hit. However, red enemies have armor. Up to three punches are required to take them out. However a roundhouse can immediately take them down. When punched, they will be blocked. You must attack them repeatedly to defeat them. When they block, they will act if you used a feint and pause briefly before continuing to attack. Try to gather red enemies with normal enemies, then use a roundhouse.
