Clams are currency are required to purchase most items in your house. They can be earned efficiently through the following methods. When your characters are idle, have them perform short actions repeatedly. You can get more Clams and experience than from longer actions. When about to close the game, make sure that all characters are assigned to the longest possible tasks. Build workers in the city. Do this by getting them from the Shop. Complete quests to get various rewards, including Clams. Add more neighbors and visit their Bedrocks to get extra Clams. Collect stone every few hours. You will get 500 stone each time, and is better than sending Fred to work there. You can instead use Fred interactions and earning Clams.
Gold
Gold is the game's premium currency. Earn free gold by connecting to Facebook, watching advertising videos, or completing offers. Complete achievements and missions for a chance to earn gold. Visit your neighbors to get a chance to find bags that contain gold pieces. Although you have to spend 5 gold to open the bag, you will find 10 gold inside.
Items
Purchase all items that can be interacted with. They usually reward you with Clams, rock, and/or experience points.
Layout
Arrange your house as desired, but if you run out of space, you can stack decorations together.
