Go into the Secret Treasure Room and exit the same way you came in. You'll needs to go around the speed track twice and then reverse your direction by swerving off the track and jumping back on it. Going out of the Secret Treasure Room the same way you came in will bring you back to the saw blades and the tunnel to collect more stars.
