Quests will take some time to complete. Waiting to complete them will cost money. When you have enough coins, build everything possible the market, starting with the buildings. Then plant two or three trees and crops. Removing debris such as trees, rocks and other obstacles is very expensive. Leave them be when first starting. Save your money to build up everything and upgrade as much as possible. Unlock new areas and place the buildings wherever they fit. After you have some money saved, begin removing the debris and setting up your city as desired.
