The best way to avoid spike traps and spiky boulders is to roll away. However you can also have opportunities to jump over them. Before upgrading your jump boost, just tap to jump just before hitting the spike traps.
Coins
Connect to Twitter and Facebook to earn free coins. You can also earn coins by inviting friends to the game.
Destroying houses
You can get more points from destroying houses, and even more if using special creatures such as the Yeti or Lumberjack. Concentrate on destroying houses and living creatures for the largest score. If you are not fast or large enough, hitting a house will do nothing but decrease your speed.
Rolling
Try to remain on high land to see more of the upcoming terrain and see the spikes, obstacles, rolling boulders and holes. Move towards the areas that have more things to be destroyed, but are also safe.
Speed
When your boulder is travelling too fast, decrease its speed slightly by hitting a huge house.
Spin Boosts
Every ten minutes you will get a free spin and can start a game with some free boosts. You can also upgrade those boosts to make them more effective. You have no control over the boosts that you will get, but invest in the following in order to get the best results: Rapid Power Bar, Less Spikes, Gem Frequency and Invinci Size. You should first upgrade the permanent upgrades before focusing on the temporary boosts.
Upgrades
There are three upgrades to purchase, and all are useful. Get them in the following order: Invinci Duration, Steering Speed and Jump Height.
