To speed up the process, you must advance the time on your device less than the total number of minutes required to regenerate one energy point. For example, if you need to wait the full thirty minutes, set the time ahead twenty eight minutes, then return to the game and wait for the two remaining units to pass. If you adjust the time by more than thirty minutes, it will not be replenished.
