As you play the game, you can gain additional coins and meat by waiting for time to pass. The game awards those items based on time waited. If you'd like to trick the game and receive coins and meat more quickly, you can turn off your iPhone's automatic time from the Date & Time menu (under the General tab within Settings). Then you can set the clock forward and access the app to find yourself with additional coins and meat. Collect those goods, then use them to complete missions more quickly.
