Concentrate on which direction or which foot the ball is heading towards. Try to anticipate the direction before tapping. This will require some practice. When heading the ball, if the ball is slightly moving towards the left to center it by tapping the right side. You need to keep the ball as centrally locatged as possible. You then have to time the ball as it drops towards your feet.
