Each time you select the 'Skilled' trait on one of your characters, the game ADDS 3 skill points to however many you currently have, but selecting another trait in its place DOES NOT SUBTRACT them afterwards. This means you can give each of your characters an unlimited amount of skill points, 3 at a time, by selecting the 'Skilled' trait, selecting another in its place, then selecting it again, and repeating the process as many times as is necessary. All benefits of high skills are conferred upon the characters in the normal way, but all of them remain Level 1, so enemies in the beginning of the game will still level you up as fast as they would if you had started without using this exploit. Thus, this exploit gives you an unlimited number of free skill points at the start of the game that you would not otherwise get playing the game on its own.
