Start by upgrading the Magic Tower to unlock additional upgrades for your units and your Hero. Once your Magic Tower is at level 11, all of the upgrades it conveys will be available. Unlock the Barracks by upgrading the City Hall. Once available, the Barracks will allow you to upgrade your troops.
