Whenever a building has a couple of minutes delegated complete the building procedure, ensure you complete it totally free! This can be done an infinite times, as long as you keep building! Another thing to bear in mind is that this free upgrade will let you end up ANY building as long as it has five minutes or less left up until complete completion.
