After you get busted, allow the game to idle with the police screen on top. You will keep collecting money, even though you cannot swipe. You will eventually be able to use a Lawyer's Call to cancel the police. You will have five free Lawyer's Calls when first starting. Save them for when you are at the point of making millions per swipe.
