Leveling micromons

Save frequently

You can save your progress in Micromon virtually any time you like, and it's a good idea. Make sure that you save directly before any tough battles, and after you acquire something nice, so that you won't have to go back and do it again. Note that the game will also save automatically whenever you spin the lucky wheel.

Saving

The game will automatically save after you spin the Lucky Wheel. However, it is always recommended that you save the game yourself after winning difficult battles or finding rare items.

Speed

Faster Micromon (with speeds of four or greater) have large advantages over slower ones. - Faster Micromon may have lower attack and defense than their stronger, slower counterparts, but make up for it by often getting two consecutive attacks. Faster Micromon often also learn healing moves, which allows them to attack and heal in the same round.
