On some levels firing all the pandas at once can work, as they will all be linked by tethers and bounce around unpredictably. Often hoovering up tricky to reach stars in the process.
Penalty
There is no penalty for failing levels, so do not feel too bad about sacrificing a few test pandas to solve the puzzles.
Progress
You need to earn at least two stars on every level to progress through all chapters, so be prepared to repeat stages ad infinitum to collect them all.
