Tired of waiting for tomorrow for new scratch ticket? Close Jerk game, go to settings on iPhone and change time to another country where it is tomorrow. Go back to game and you get a scratch ticket! Close out game and switch back to auto time zone and open game to get another ticket! Do this as many times as you wish (with a little patience and time you can unlock all items). This only works if you close out game before changing time, this works on iPhone, never tested on iPad.
