When you have a toddler do not buy them a toddler's bed as they're expensive and can only be used by toddler. Instead, go to the preteen section and get a bed from there, these are less expensive and can be used by toddlers, preteens, teens and adults. Also, if you have an adult that you want to have a single bed, don't get the 'achy breaky' bed, get a preteen bed.
