You can earn in-game cash for power-ups by using your spin attacks and smashing up other gems. To buy useful power-ups though you would have to replay levels a lot to earn the required amount of cash for them.
Missing Pizza
On each level there is a hidden missing pizza to find that is usually located in a spot which is difficult to reach. Keep an eye out for a discarded pizza box as this indicates that you are near it.
