Well, almost free. If you have a woman 18+ and you want her pregnant, instead of waiting for them to actually go indoors, try this. Drag the lady on the man of choice, and wait for it to say going indoors. When it does, pick up one of them up and drag them on again. Do this another 3 or 4 times, and you will see a baby in her arms.
