Highlight the music selection on the options screen. Then, press Left, Left, Right three times, Left, Right, Left, Right. Extra lives and shield options will now be available.
Easy scoring

Finals
Qualify for the semi-finals and play until a score of 0-0 is reached at half-time. Select the "Quit" option to jump to the finals.
