Debug mode
At the title screen hit : up C, down C, left C, right. If you hear a ring, hold A and tap start and don't let go of A. Once you see sonic you can let go of A. Debug mode has been enabled.
Level select
Enter the following code at the title screen: Up, Down, Left, Right, Y, X.
