For the coordinates provided, the letter represents horizontal coordinate where A is the leftmost position on the map and the number represents vertical coordinate where 1 is the topmost position on the map. Also listed are the item and location needed for searching before you complete the stage.

Baton Level 3: Glorious Baton	Complete Adventure Mode [Master Quest Map J-2] after using a Bomb on the 5th wall tile from the left above the river while searching.
Dominion Rod Level 1: Old Dominion Rod	Complete Adventure Mode [Adventure Map B-1] after using a Goddess's Harp on the butterflies and a Bomb on the solid wall NW from them while searching.
Dominion Rod Level 2: High Dominion Rod	Complete Adventure Mode [Great Sea Map C-7] after using a Deku Leaf on the windmill while searching.
Dominion Rod Level 3: Royal Dominion Rod	Complete Adventure Mode [Master Quest Map P-2] after using an Ice Arrow on the fire ring while searching.
Rapier Level 2: Glittering Rapier	During Legend Mode Stage [Epilogue - The Sacred Sword], capture the S.Temple Hall Keep.
Rapier Level 3: Gleaming Rapier	Complete Adventure Mode [Master Quest Map E-7] after using a Power Bracelet on the rock while searching.
