Look on your town map. You will see a huge island on the top right hand corner of your screen. thats the battle zone. to get there you must beat the elite four and complete the sinnoh pokedex. Then fly to snowpoint city and ride the boat. go quikly though because if you take too much time then your rival will fine you 100 million dollars.
