This was in the japaneese version so i dont know if it works in the english version.

Fly to hearthome city and go inside the contest hall. go up to the PC and have a pokemon use surf. somehow you will surf right ontop of the computer. then go out the door. you will see cynthia walking around on the roof of the contest hall!
