If you have an action replay (for DS) then when you are on path 224 by the white rock walk thrue that (if you have the right code) you will see a pic of SHAYMIN follow that path and you will see shaymin at level 30. Some of his moves are Defense Curl, Magical Leaf, Leech Seed, and Synthesis. I hope this helps you!
