When you go to the penthouse and hit "whats up" when you talk to whoever is in the penthouse do waht they ask and then go back and confirm that youve completed your mission. Usually i always waited till the person called. To get the next mission quicker after youve told whoever you are done got to either the roof or lobby. Then right when you get there go right back to the penthouse.
