If you keep playing the castle and Survival mode and beat the boss rooms you will eventually unlock all of the accessories.

Successfully complete Story mode under the Hard difficulty setting.

Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character in Story mode.

Aeon: Connect to Castlevania: Order Of Ecclesia. Alternately, complete True Story mode as Aeon.
Carmilla: Complete Story mode as Eric.
Cornell: Complete Story mode as Carmilla.
Death: Complete Story mode as Trevor. Alternately, complete True Story mode as Death.
Dracula: Complete Story mode as Simon, Alucard, Maria, Eric, Carmilla, Grant, Golem, Sypha, Cornell, Trevor, Death, and Shanoa. Alternately, complete True Story mode as Dracula.
Eric: Complete Story mode as Maria.
Golem: Complete Story mode as Grant.
Grant: Complete Story mode as Sypha.
Maria: Complete Story mode as Alucard.
Shanoa: Connect to Castlevania: Order Of Ecclesia. Alternately, complete Story mode as Trevor or True Story mode as Shanoa.
Sypha: Complete Story mode as Simon.
Trevor: Complete Story mode as Simon, Alucard, Maria, Eric, Carmilla, Grant, Golem, Sypha, and Cornell.

Successfully complete Story mode under the Normal difficulty setting.

Successfully complete Story mode as Dracula. True Story mode has an alternate background at the character selection screen, another battle with Aeon , and a final Boss battle with the Time Reaper.

Shanoa	Beat "True" Story mode with her.
Shanoa (Alternate)	Connect to Castlevania Order of Ecclesia or find all the soul keys and play story mode after getting all of them. Play with Shanoa and beat Time Reape.
