When you have the Ordon Sword, Go to the Ordon Village. (You have to be in human form, and you can cross the purple goo by swinging the lantern while walking through) Hit a chicken repeatedly, and instead of attacking you, you turn into it. Press "A" to jump. (Note, you can only be the chicken for 10 seconds)
