This trick requires the boomerang and the horse call. Target a piece of heart with the boomerang. When the boomerang catches it and is returning to you, use the horse call. This will stop the current flow of things for except the boomerang returning. The piece of heart will just fall on the ground. Note: If you are not fast enough, you will pick up the piece of heart. The boomerang can also be re-targeted toward anything else to increase the places where you could send the heart.
