In Sega logo, press (in joystick 2): A, B, C, C, B and A. After this, enter in Options and use the Map option.

Only works on the second controller: When the blue SEGA logo appears press A B C C B A. If your using a Wiimote press A 1 2 2 1 A. On a Classic Controller press: Y B A A B Y. And if you're using a GCN controller press: B A X X A B.
