Note: v1.1 or higher is required. This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "config.cfg" file in the "\18 wos across america" directory. Change the value of the "uset g_console" line from "0" to "1" to enable the console. Then, press ~ during game play to display the console window. Note: Press ¬ during game play to display the console window in the European version of the game. Type one of the following codes and press [Enter] to activate the corresponding cheat function. Press ~ again to exit the console.

Go to your Documents, find the game file called config, open it in a text editor, and change this line: Change uset g_police "1" into uset g_police "0".

Save your game. Find the game folder and open the save folder and find your save file. Open the game.sii file in a text editor and search for "bank." You can edit your money here by entering what ever number you like.

The .scs files in the game's main directory are really .zip files that have a different extension. Renaming a copy to .zip allows you to open it and see the game files.
