For this achievement you need to play piano and xylophone. You can find piano in chapter 1. After you find Teddy , you will need to go downstairs and then living room. As soon as you enter the living room piano is on your left. You can find xylophone in chapter 2. As soon as you exit the tunnel, the xylophone will be on your right. Interact with it. After this you will get the achievement.
