Dotted around the map are a variety of balloons that you can use to rapidly redeploy. Just add to the base, zipline up the rope to the leading and you're back to flying throughout the map. You do not acquire a big amount of height from this, so can't obtain from one side of the map to the other, however it assists move you rapidly towards your selected location and can help you quickly close the range on away enemies.
