Use a text editor to edit the "unlocks.py" file in the "\python\bf2\stats" folder. Change line 44 from "defaultUnlocks = [0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]" to "defaultUnlocks = [1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1]".
