Use GONZOANDJON as your player's name. Then you can use any of the following cheats:

[Shift] + X Teleport
[Ctrl] + V Invisibility
[Ctrl] + I Invincibility
[Ctrl] + (-) Show Framerate
[Ctrl][Shift] + N Win Mission
[Ctrl][Shift] + X Kill All Enemies

Note: You can also active cheat mode by selecting a commando at any time and typing GONZOANDJON.
