Secret Rooms...

Secret rooms are rooms that allow you to change costumes and obtain items/ weapons that you unlocked in the game. There are 2 secret rooms in the game and here are the locations: Room #1: The first door on the left after you saw a black figure walking away in the 1st chapter after you start. Room #2: At the start of Chapter 6, look around for a wrecked red car. Beside that car is a trapdoor to bunker which is a secret room. This room allows you to get back the items/ weapons you lost after the train crash.

Afraid of Monsters Hoodie	On a table in Harbor College in Chapter 4.
Awesome Hoodie	Watch all the endings (1,2,3,4 and 5) once.
Black Metal Hoodie	Beat the game with the 1st Ending.
Camera	Beat the game within 2.5 hours on any difficulty.
Camo Hoodie	Beat the game with the 2nd Ending.
Custom Hoodie	Unlock all the other hoodies.
David Leatherhoff Hoodie	Beat the game with the 5th Ending.
David Leatherhoff's Axe	In the 'Heaven' level, enter the code (26-16-4-27-49-2-32-45-12-23), get the axe and use it on a Twitcher to unlock it.
Doctor Mode	Beat the game once on any difficulty.
FAMAS (Infinite Ammo)	Beat the game on Nightmare difficulty.
Half Life Creations Hoodie	Found in a room at the Apartments in Chapter 1.
Hello Kitty Hoodie	Examine the dead cat in the vents in Chapter 4 until a message appears.
Hidden Package	Beat the game with the 4th Ending.
Mod DB Hoodie	Found in the kitchen of an apartment in Chapter 3 before the rooftops.
Nightmare Mode	Beat the game once on any difficulty.
Nightvision	Beat Doctor Mode.
Sick Simon Hoodie	Beat the game with the 4th Ending.
Simon's Book	Beat the game on Nightmare difficulty with an S Rank.
Team Psykskallar Hoodie	Beat the game with the 3rd Ending.
Twitcher Hoodie	Kill a Twitcher enemy by using David Leatherhoff's axe in the 'Heaven' level.
