Have a saved game file from the first Darksiders on your hard drive where you have beaten the game to obtain this level one scythe which will boost critical damage.

This armour can be obtained by having a saved game file from Darksiders on your hard drive and then finding Mryia the Shaman (dressed in light blue) on the east side of Tri-Stone. When you speak to her you will get the 'Paudron Of The Horsemen' Level five armour.

Have a completed saved game file from the original Darksiders to obtain Chaos Fangs (level 1 scythe) and the Pauldron of the Horseman (level 5 shoulder) from Myria the Shaman in on the east side of Tri-Stone.
