Play the Hideout mission in Bowerstone. While going to capture Nigel Ferret you will find a room with a silver key. At the far end of the room is a path around boxes to the other jail cell. Inside the cell is a Hobbe worshiping the Companion Cube from Portal. Also notice that there is a cake on the table next to the cell.
